Superior Build Quality
OSHI's years of engineering experience, has been directed into developing the Ezy-lift 2, a quality piece of engineering. With its smooth lines, crevice free joints and ergonomic design, it's a masterpiece to view and a dream to use.
Intelligent use of fabrication methods has minimised welds and created smooth bends.
The only word that describes the Ezy-lift 2 in operation is "Quality", almost silent lifting and smooth manoeuvring.
Attention to detail has been paramount; the belt drive closes the commonly found front slot on the majority of lifting machines. Bought in components have been carefully selected and rigorously tested.
Safety was at the top of the priority list when developing the unit. The narrow carriage slot (9mm) and 24V working voltage are just two examples of how seriously safety was taken during development.

Truly Adaptable Solutions
Where a standard machine does not meet your manual handling requirements, our team of design consultants will ensure it will.
They will initial request, by email, digital photos of the problem, highlighting load pick and drop locations, and any restrictions such as low beams or narrow aisles. The team will email the proposed machine and attachment that suits the problem. This may involve a simple design modification to an existing Ezy-lift 2 or an attachment, or the design of a completely new attachment. Common modifications include shorter/taller or wider/narrower machines and longer/shorter legs.
If the drawings and quote are acceptable and you wish to proceed with an order we would then visit your site and take responsibility for the project, finalising all design detail and guaranteeing the Ezy-lift 2 is suitable for the job.

GMP
The Ezy-lift 2 is possible the only lifting machine available that complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). It provides a quality approach to manufacture. Its design minimizes or even eliminates potential areas of build up and contamination, also addressing important issues such as sanitation and cleanliness. This in turn protects the consumer from purchasing a product, which is not effective or even dangerous.
IP65
The Ezy-lift 2 is rated at IP65 rating. The machine and its components are protected against low pressure jets of water from all directions, therefore limited ingress permitted. Key components such as control pendant, limit switches and electrical control board are all rated at IP65 or above.
24 V Safe Low Voltage
The Ezy-lift 2 runs of 24V DC, this results in a very safe machine in the harsh environments it has been designed for. The voltage does not exceed 24V on the machine.
The machine is supplied with an IP65 charging box, which is wall mounted and available in 110Vor 240V Supply. A flying lead connects the Ezy-lift 2 and charger, this again carries only 24V.
DURABILITY
The Ezy-Lift 2 is completely Maintenance Free.
There are no ballscrews, chains or wires ...which can rust, no hydraulics ...which can leak, and no pneumatics that require trailing pipes.
The Ezy-Lift 2 operates on a simple steel re-enforced polyurethane belt drive, which is not only very strong (S.W.L 1.5 tonnes) but is totally Maintenance Free.
All bearings in the unit are Stainless Steel and sealed for life.
The sealed motor gearbox is also sealed and totally Maintenance Free.
The Castors, being one of the most important components on the machine, have been carefully selected from Germany ...not only are they ultra-smooth, resulting in excellent manoeuvrability, but all four castors are also Maintenance Free.
Lightweight & Compact
Weighing in at just 50kg and only 500mm wide the standard Ezy-lift 2 is both lightweight and compact. Operators whatever their stature can manoeuvre the Ezy-lift 2 with ease and through the tightest of gangways. The standard machine measures in at only 1960mm tall allowing it to glide through standard doorways.
Build options
Material
The Ezy-Lift 2 and all of the attachments are manufactured entirely from stainless steel. The unit is available in either 304 or 316 stainless grades; this makes the machine ideal for food, pharmaceutical or chemical applications.
Finish
The Ezy-Lift 2 is manufactured as standard with a light bead blast finish, although a polished finish is available, and can be quoted if requested.
