Design and operation:
The VacuPowerlift is a totally closed system. Via the valve unit athmospheric air is fed into the system. When the valve unit opened wide, a huge amount of athmospheric air enters the system and the tube lowers. When the valve unit closed the tube compresses.
Safety:
The VacuPowerlift vacuum lifter is a totally safe system. The relation of a minimum of 2.5 times suction area to tube area guarantees that loads stay safely and reliably engaged. In case of a power failure an integrated non-return valve closes the head of the lifting tube and engaged loads are lowered to floor in a slow and controlled fashion.
